'recipe' for a happy birthday

I usually have my family's cards done way ahead of time, but for this one I am ashamed to admit, I was late!!  We were very busy, then away, and I just got my daughter's card done today... her birthday was yesterday.  :(

After I wrote 'the recipe', I thought of better ways to say it, but she was pleased with it.
I'm submitting it to these challenges...
~Birthday Sundaes - inspiration photo
~Celebrate the Occasion - any occasion using blue and white
~The Stamping Boutique Challenge - cool colors

~Echo Park 'Splash' paper
~recipe card digi stamp from The Stamping Boutique
~cupcake stamp by Scrappy Cat
~American Crafts ribbon
~Paper Studio brads
~Tim Holtz distress Stickles on icing (hard to see in pic)

Thanks for looking!!!!
