Sweet treats favor box/card

I was thinking it is about time to start thinking about Valentine favors, so I did some more thinking, came up with this idea, played around with MTC and came up with this favor box/card combo.  I'm thinking it's too big and heavy to put on the front of a 'real' card, so will leave it plain.  What do you think?
I promise I am now all done using the word 'think'!!

I dug out this paper, remembered the lollipop on Mickey & Friends and thought decided they would work together.  I realize it is not Valentine-y looking, but I think imagine my kids would still like it!  This actually looks more birthday-ish.

Challenges...
Bitten by the Bug 2 - numbers challenge
Fantabulous Cricut #95 - "Label me"

More pics and directions if you scroll down after this pic.

(the dsp and swirl both sparkle but I didn't get the right angle for it to show)

~Bazzill rose cardstock
~DCWV Sweet Stack dsp
~Slice Shimmer Pearl Vine paper
~lollipop from Mickey & Friends cut at 3"
~'just 4 u' from Alphalicious, welded
~label from Sentimentals, stretched in DS

Welded shapes to make box

Scored, added Scor-tape and acetate ready for the window

the window is in and the bottom is taped

The 'box' is 1 1/5" square, so I scored lightly for lining up where it will be taped

Adhered that side, then bottom

It took 6 minis but then I decided to fill it with Peanut M&M's

I am probably going to change the file a bit.  I'll make the shape more rectangle so it is not sticking out so far from the card.  I' also add side flaps at the top so the lid won't go in too far.  Otherwise, I was pleased with my first attempt at making a file for my own boxes.

So what do you think?  Oops!  I mean, what's your opinion?  :)

Thank for stopping by!!!
