Christmas... in May??!!??

When I first started my blog, I played along with some Christmas challenges and made cards all year long.  The last couple of years, I have been TERRIBLE and not made Christmas cards until the last minute.  But... I've got a Christmas card to show you today!!  I've turned over a new leaf!! :) Haha, no!  Actually, our printer is giving me trouble so I cannot print any images.  (That's really bad!!!)  So I was trying to do a bit of tidying up in my craft room and came across this image all printed and cut so I checked out a couple of challenge requirements and made a card with it.

The colored image and sentiment are from Doodle Pantry Mini Bethlehem.  My DP is scraps of Basic Grey "Wassail."   I used Spellbinders Standard Circles and Petite Scalloped Circles.  Some adhesive bling finished it off... I even used a few to put some "stars" in the sky.  :)

Word Art Wednesday #132 - anything goes (Scripture or uplifting sentiment)
Christmas Stampin' All Year Long #11 - anything goes
jingle belles JB:14:10 - "'Tis the Season to Jingle" (sketch + bling)
'Tis the Season TTS16 - sketch + bling (JB and TTS are working together this challenge)

Thanks for stopping by and have  blessed day!!

Debbie, don't you love it when you find something lying around that you've made before and it's all set to go?! Your image is just lovely on your card...so serene. Thanks for playing with us at the Friday Mashup.

Hi Debbie, I am bad too about trying to keep moving on Christmas cards. At the first of the year I always have good intensions. =) Oh well, this is a beautiful card! Love that wonderful image.

This is gorgeous, Debbie. I really like that red piece.

That reminds me that I am a month behind in a Christmas card challenge to which I have committed.

I'd better getting moving on that.

Blessing hugs,
Teresa

Stunning! Love the bling for the stars...the perfect touch for over Bethlehem. Thanks for joining us at CSAYL as we avoid the rush of card making during the Christmas season! Good Luck!

Beautiful! Isn't it great when you find something already ready to go and you can just put it together with a few other things and voila: a card!? Doesn't happen to me nearly enough. Anyway, such a sweet image and a fabulous card to go with it. Thanks for playing with CSAYL.
