Verse bookmark

Today I've got a bookmark to show you that we made for our Mother/Daughter Lunch earlier this month. Several ladies from my church helped and we had a fun together as we worked on these!   We made over 80 of them. :)

We started with 6.25x3.25 Kraft tags...

We stamped the back with Stampabilities "Distressed Background" in Memento Potter's Clay, stamped Hero Arts "handmade from the heart,"  and then inked the front edges with TH "walnut stain."

I printed Papercraft Memories' Romans 12:2 but I changed the color of the script words.   We used MS, EKSuccess, and Fiskars border punches on bottom, inked the edges, and adhered to tag.

The swirl is from Inque Boutique "Monarch" clear stamp set...

Adhered butterflies that were cut from Paper Studio Poetic Postage using Sizzix/Hero Arts stamp and die set.

We used 8" of ribbon for the tie...

They were all finished off with some glitter pen on the wings and a few adhesive pearls on the body.
