Christmas birdies

Happy Saturday to you!  Today, I'm busy painting my kitchen.  We're hoping and praying that the flooring and cabinets will arrive next week.  We hadn't planned to get a new kitchen this fall, but a couple of weeks ago, the waterline to my dishwasher broke and it flooded.  That meant we've got renovations in the kitchen and family room below it.  It could have been much worse, so I'm very thankful!!  We hooked up a laundry sink for water, the stove and fridge weren't damaged, so we're still eating! :)

Speaking of eating, my kids are already talking about how they are looking forward to Christmas dinner!  And speaking of Christmas, I've got a Christmas card to show you...  [How's that for connecting no kitchen to Christmas cards?? :) ]

My image is Winter Song Birdies from Doodle PantryDoodle Pantry is sponsoring Craftyhazelnut's Christmas Challenge today, so pop over and play along.  The theme is use the color coral.  I know panel behind the image looks orange but it really is coral in real life, I promise!!
My image is cut out with Spellbinders Petite Ovals and Petite Scalloped Ovals. My paper is scraps.  The greenery is MS branch punch.

Challenges...
Whoopsi Daisy Nov - lots of layers
Scrapy Land #53 - anything goes (I used Spellbinders dies)

Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!!

Lovely design Debbie! And great use of the coral color. I wouldn't think to put coral in a Christmas card but hey whatever works. Another card ready to send. Great segue from kitchen to Christmas but sorry to hear about the damage. But won't a new kitchen be great for all that cooking and baking at Christmas time? Have a wonderful weekend!
