Birthday Blessings

A snow storm + a state of emergency keeping all non-essential travelers off the road = craft time for me!! :)

I've been trying to use up some of my paper scraps, pads with just a few sheets left, and stamped or printed images that have been sitting on my desk forever.  But in trying to use all that up, I've discovered that I have a few stamps that had never even been inked!  I checked out Paper Playful for some inspiration and found a new-to-me challenge... Retro Rubber requires a rubber stamp older that 1 year.  Perfect!!  Here's what I created...

~LOTV Rosey Posy rubber stamp (she's over 2 yrs old!!)
~Spectrum Noir markers
~Spellbinders Standard Circles
~Spellbinders Petite Scalloped Circles
~Spellbinders Ribbon Banners
~Authentique 'Latest & Greatest' DP
~Lifetime Crafts EF
~TH walnut stain distress ink
~Sweet n Sassy 'Pennant Party' sentiment

Use Your Stuff - anything goes
Addicted to Stamps and More #282 - make your mark (I used Spectrum Noir markers)
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday - girl power
Di's Digi Stamps - use die cuts
Retro Rubber #81 - sketch (my image stamp is over 2 yrs old)

Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!!

That image is so cute, so glad you found a reason to ink her up! The background paper is so pretty, especially with that embossing. Thanks for sharing!

Such a sweet image and so prettily coloured! She goes so well with that gorgeous background paper. Isn't a good feeling when you make something fabulous out of the bits and pieces on the desk and in the scrap bag. Thanks so much for joining us at Retro Rubber this week.
