Thanks so much - TMS #753
Happy Tuesday to you! It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!
My daughter got married last month, but they got married in his home town, so we planned her wedding from afar. Since it was out of town, we had a reception where we live this past weekend, so life's been busy! All that to say that my card is pretty simple and was quick and easy to put together...
I dry embossed a panel with Darice Dots Background EF. The black dotted paper was a scrap. The tag was in my stash. The sentiment is Papertrey Ink. And the ribbon was from my stash. Simple and easy.
I'm hoping life will settle down a bit and I can spend some more time in my craft room!

A "warm" thank you - SCC #146
Happy March 1st! Spring arrives this month!! And my card is Christmas-y because it's time for Sparkles Christmas Challenge! Our theme is "Warm winter clothes" so show us your mittens, scarves, hats, sweaters, etc.
While not technically a Christmas card, this is a Christmas thank you card...
I thought of making the card in the shape of the mitten, but wanted more space, so put it on a BG of a regular A2 card. My paper is AC Jack Frost. I cut navy cardstock with Papertray Ink Mitten Die. It is embossed with Sizzix 3-D Sweater by Eileen Hull. I wanted the cuff to look different, so I ran it through my Fiskars crimper. (That's something I had not used in a million years!) The branches are a MS punch. The sentiment is My Pink Stamper Simply Sweet Occasions. It's cut out with SSS Tiny Tags. I added a few red adhesive dots and a twine bow.
Please come join us at Sparkles Christmas Challenge!
Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!

Thank you - TMS #682
Happy Tuesday to you! It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches! I've got several cards to share this week. I made the first one and realized it would look better if the panel was smaller, so I made this one...
and these...
Lastly, here's the first one that I wasn't happy with... (I'm sure you agree that the above cards with the smaller panel and wider frame around it look much better!)
My DPs are Pebbles Family Ties, Prima Believe, and Recollections Winter Frost. I used up some pages that were "leftovers." I always have a few pages that I do not really care for, but found that they are ok in strips. Now I'll be able to clear out my patterned paper! LOL The "thank you" is Heidi Swapp and "praying for you" is The Project Bin Defined.
Here's the sketch... (I'm going to use this one again for sure. It's perfect for those extra strips of paper, so I'm planning to use some Christmas paper "leftovers" and make some quick Christmas cards.)

Floral thank you - C4G #182
Good morning! It's time for another challenge at Cardz 4 Galz!! Our theme is "shades of blue"! I have to tell you that I seldom use blue for girl cards, but I think I made it work...
This is very simple, but still pretty, IMHO ;)
My paper is from Pebbles Family Ties. The flower is The Ton Peony Memories Cardmaking layered stamps. It's stamped with Pinkfresh Studio Morning Sky and Over the Hills ink sets. The sentiment is Poppystamps Playful Thank You.
FInd your shades of blue and come over to play along at Cardz 4 Galz #182!
Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!

Thanks - TMS #655
Happy Tuesday to you! It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches! Here's my card...
The navy polka dot paper is from my scrap box. It's cut out with Kat Scrappiness Wonky Wavy Stitched Rectangles. The squares are Jen Hadfield Warm & Cozy DP. The large sentiment is Cuttlebug With Gratitude die. I cut several layers and glues them together to give it some stability and dimension. Then I inked it with VersaMark and clear heat embossed it. I did this a couple of weeks ago but remembered to take a close up this time...

CAS thank you - TMS #649
Happy Tuesday to you! It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!
Some days I'm not sure what kind of card maker I am. I love lots of layers and embellishments, but I also love clean and simple. Most of my creations are somewhere in between, but this one is CAS.
Pretty simple... the flower is Sunny Studio Hawaiian Hibiscus, the polka dot DP is from my scrap box cut out with Kat Scrappiness Wonky Wavy Stitched Rectangles, and my sentiment is from The Project Bin Just Sayin' cut out with a stitched banner die.
Here's our sketch for the week...Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to go check out the creations from the TMS DT...
We'd love to have you play along with us this week at Tuesday Morning Sketches!

Thanks for your thoughtfulness - TMS #644
Happy Tuesday to you! It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches! We've had fun revisiting the DT's favorites from 2021, but this week, we're back with all new sketches!
Here's my card for this week's challenge...
I've not had a lot of extra hours to spend crafting, so I am loving layering stamps. Much quicker than coloring! This is Sunny Studios Hawaiian Hibiscus. The blue circle was created by cutting out a circle from a panel of cardstock, laying it over my card, and sponging through the opening with TH Stormy Sky Distress Oxide ink. My sentiment is from The Project BIn Just Sayin' and cut out with a stitched fishtail banner. (It wasn't long enough, so I die cut from the fishtail end, stopped before finishing, moved the die and cut the other end. This is an easy fix of your die isn't long enough.)
Here's our sketch...

You warm my heart - TMS #638
Happy Tuesday to you! It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches! Welcome to our first sketch of 2022... which is a revisit of our DT's favorites from 2021. :)
This week, we are playing with Andrea's favorite (I'll show you below) and here's my card...
This is a Christmas thank you card. My image is Technique Tuesday Hello Winter Sweater that is white heat embossed. My paper is AC Let It Snow and Dovecraft Winter Blooms. I used MFT Stitched RicRac and CottageCutz Double Stitched Ovals dies and Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder.
I actually made 3 of these...
Here's Andrea's favorite sketch...

Floral thank you - TMS #633
Happy Tuesday to you! It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches! Life is getting busy so I'll make this quick. ;)
I cut my BG panel with Kat Scrappines Wonky Stitched Rectangles. My flowers are Peony Memories from The Ton Stamps. *Someone asked about this set but I can't reply to them. It's still available. Click the name to find it.* I got this sentiment a long time ago and lost the pkg so don't know where it's from. Simple but nice. :)

Sorry I'm late - TMS #626
Happy Tuesday to you! It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!
I thought I had prepared my post, but I just realized -- 14 1/2 hours late -- that it wasn't up. So here it is...
A piece of already embossed paper was in my scrap box as was the piece behind the sentiment. My flowers are TH Small Tattered Flowers. The sentiment is from a set of unbranded words that I got many, many years ago.
Here's our fun sketch...

Masculine thank you - TMS #608
Happy Tuesday to you! It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches! Lately, the cards I've needed most are sympathy and thank you cards. I tend to make the flowery, pretty thank yous, but realized that I do need some for men, too, so this is my attempt at a more masculine thank you card.
My DP is the Paper Studio "the Classics" and my sentiment is from My Pink Stamper "Simply Sweet Occasions." I used Spellbinders Standard Circles Large and Small. Easy peasy. :) And I do have to say that it looks pretty dull in the pic, but there is more "life" to it IRL! Here's our sketch...

Floral thank you - TMS #607
Happy Tuesday to you! It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!
I'm using my layering flower stamps again! Actually, these were all in my little container where I store my "extras" when I stamp, so it was easy to pull them out, arrange them, and adhere them. I dry embossed the main panel with Darice Crackle. I inked the edge of all the pieces. My sentiment is from My Pink Stamper Family & Friends. My original plan was to make this a sympathy card but couldn't find that sentiment that would fit properly.
Here's our sketch for this week...
