Fall thanks - TMS #427

Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!!  I've got a fall thank you card to show you.  Over the last couple of days here in the northeast, we got lots of rain and wind.  There were lots of leaves swirling around!  And now many, many of the trees are bare. :( 

But that means it's about time for SNOW!!!!!  :) 

My image is Fred, She Said "Emma in the Leaves Coloured" and cut out with CottageCutz Stitched Rectangles.  My paper is the Paper Studio Linen Door.  I pierced the top with Cutter Bee Piercing Bugs.

Distressed snowflakes - TMS #426

Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!!

Wow!  Christmas is only 2 months from tomorrow!!  I'm trying to have a handmade card for everyone on our list this year, so I've still got a bunch to make!   I made a couple like today's card...
With red paper...

and with blue paper...

I was really pleased with how this turned out so may make a few more like it.
The distressed snowflake DP is the Paper Studio Pine St Square.   My sentiment is Pink and Main Merry Christmas die.  The snowflake is an EK Success punch that I embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots.  The border punch is MS.  I also used Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics and Standard Circles.

Merry Little Christmas - CCC #24

My DP is Graphic 45 A Christmas Carol Patterns and Solids.  It's cut with Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics and CottageCutz Stitched Rectangles.  The sentiment die is CottageCutz Holiday Greetings Tree.  My little embellishment is made using MS Branch Punch and Poppystamps Stitched Buttons die.

Fall floral hello - TMS #425

Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!! 

This fall started out looking pretty dull around where I live, but the colors have really popped the last couple of weeks, and it is so beautiful!!  Pics just never show how it really looks.  I love fall colors and though the flowers in my image aren't technically mums, I "made" them mums by coloring them the colors of those I'm seeing everywhere... (including my yard!)

It is well with my soul - TMS #424

Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!!  Here's my card for this week. 

I have to say that this is much prettier IRL!  For some reason, the papers just don't photograph well at all.  I also heat embossed the sentiment so there is some shine to it. 
This beautiful -but not looking it- paper is Prima Nature Garden.   My sentiment is Sweet n Sassy Hymn Blocks.  I cut it out with CottageCutz Stitched Rectangles.  The corner is Spellbinders Antique Corner die that I trimmed down to fit my corner.

Shiny ornament - CCC #23

Happy Sunday to you!  It's time for Christmas Card Challenges!!

This card is very unusual for me... it's purple.  This is my least favorite color, so I don't use it often and have basically none in my stash, so this was a real challenge for me.  The ornament is a dark purple, though it looks almost black in the pic.

Snowman greetings

A quick post with a Christmas card.  I actually made 3 similar but this was my favorite of the three. 

The paper was from my scrap box.  My image/sentiment are From the Heart Stamps.  It's colored with my Spectrum Noir markers and cut out with Spellbinders Labels Lg and Sm.  Ribbon from my stash and a snowflake from a MS punch finish it off.

Happy Tuesday to "ewe"!  :)  That will make sense when you check out my card for this week's challenge at Tuesday Morning Sketches!!  

My image is Bugaboo's "Happy Birthday to Ewe"!  He's colored with Spectrum Noir markers and cut out with Spellbinders Standard Circles and Spellbinders Petite Scalloped Circles.  My paper is We R Memory Keepers Cakes and Candles.  I added some WeRMK chevron washi tape, a twine bow, and enamel dots.
