Oh Tannenbaum - TMS #431

Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!!   This week, I've again got 2 cards to showcase the sketch.   I've fussed a bit about the fact that our printer does not print on cardstock. {{Why on earth would companies make a printer that would not take even the flimsiest of cardstocks??!!??}}  Because of that, I'm trying to use up what I've already got printed.  (This could keep me busy for YEARS!)   This image was printed and colored and awaiting a home.  Yes, I'm still working on Christmas cards.  My second card is a sympathy card.  Unfortunately, I've needed too many of those lately.

Joyful noise - TMS #428

Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!! 

I love this sentiment!!  Growing up, we visited my grandparents on Christmas Day.  At my maternal grandparents house, everyone (all their 7 kids and families) brought goodies, and we ate and played and sang the evening away.  Sweet, sweet memories of joyful noise!!    We now live far from family and are not often together at Christmas, but we have sung together across the miles through Skype!  :)

Christmas Blessings - CCC #25

Happy Sunday to you!  It's time for Christmas Card Challenges!!

I've got a cute kitty to share today. 

My image is From the Heart Stamps "Kitten Surprise" and colored it with my Spectrum Noir markers.  I cut everything out with Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics and Spellbinders Classic Squares then distressed the edges with my Distrezz It All.  I used Christmas Kraft paper for the main panel.  Some natural ribbon, yarn, and tiny brads finished it off.
