Tuesday Morning Sketches #238

Happy birthday to my third daughter today!!  Our beautiful Brenna is 14 years old!   My kids are growing up way too quickly!!  Sniff, sniff!   But I do have to say that I'm loving them at these ages!!   (After November we will have 4 teenagers!!)

At Tuesday Morning Sketches this week, we've got another wonderful sketch and sponsor!!

My DP is Prima "Believe."  I embossed the DP with "Fall Leaf BG" by Darice.  The colored image and sentiment are from Doodle Pantry Tree Glee 2.   My panels were cut out using Spellbinders Petite Ovals Small and Large.  The dotted ribbon is AC and the other bits are from my ribbon scrap jar.

Here's the sketch...

This week our challenge is sponsored by Yours and Mine Paper Crafts.

Hello! My name is Mei and I have been card-making since 2009, my tremendous love for

it has inspired me to open up my very own online store! Yours or Mine Paper Crafts is a

place where you can purchase supplies to create your own projects, or view my gallery

for inspiration! All the brands and products we carry are items I have personally used for

my own projects and I feel they would be awesome products that you will like as well.

It’s my pleasure to sponsor this week’s challenge at Tuesday Morning Sketches and as a bonus,

use discount code TAKE20 for 20% off my store until the closing date of this challenge.

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to go check out the creations from the rest of our DT...

Snowman - TMS #228

Happy Tuesday to you!!  I've got a snowman for you!!  I wish I had enough snow for a real snowman in my yard!  *Sigh!*  Maybe soon!  I think I've mentioned that I love snow!!!!!!!!!  I want to skate on frozen ponds and I want to go skiing!

Enough whining... it's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!!!
Today is our Judged Challenge with a Twist!!
This week's twist is Jingle (or any kind of) Bells or Snowmen!!  You know, something like these...

Though I can guarantee that you can find a cuter snowman and/or jingle bells!!!  Those guys are a little creepy, don't you think?  LOL

Here's my card...

I used MME Sweater Weather DP (LOVE this pad!  Going to have to find more!) and Snowman Cheer image and sentiment from Doodle Pantry. (It's an adorable FREEBIE so go get it!)  I used the colored image, but since my printer is on it's deathbed, I added a bit with my Spectrum Noir markers.

Here's our great sketch for this week...

And we are happy to be sponsored by Yours or Mine Paper Crafts!

Tuesday Morning Sketches #215

Good Tuesday Morning to you!!  Time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!  We've got a great sketch and a new great sponsor, so be sure to check it all out!

This week is a Judged Challenge with a Twist!!  Our twist is "Make It Shine"!
That means you can use sparkly paper, you can add bling, you can use shimmer mists, etc., etc. and so on!  Anything that sparkles or shines!

Here's my card...

I used sparkly paper for my circle, iridescent embossing powder on my stamped image, and bling!   That's pretty heavy on the sparkle for someone who rarely used any of this stuff! :)

Here's our fun sketch by Jessi...

We are happy to have Yours or Mine Paper Crafts as our sponsor this week...

I used Mini Fleurs with Dies by Greeting Farm from Yours or Mine.  I bought this a few weeks ago but when I went to make this card, I could not find it!!  I spent almost half and hour digging through my craft room before I thought to look on the desk upstairs.  Duh!

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to go check out the creations from the rest of our DT...
