Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!!  

I know that next month, we'll be seeing much about breast cancer awareness, but cancer doesn't follow the rules!  I made this card for a life-long friend who was recently diagnosed, had surgery, and will be in treatment.  

I made this with Die-Versions Awareness die, Deedee's Digis sentiment (shop is closed), DCWV Indie Chic DP, white gel pen, and ribbon from my stash.

M5D Breast Cancer Awareness Freebie!

Happy Hump Day!  (I haven't heard that so much recently... is it still cool to say that??) 

Today, my card is made using a FREE image from McMahon Five Designs.  Every month, Sue puts out a free image for Breast Cancer Awareness!!  (Usually, this is on the 25th, but Sue was away for awhile.)  After that, the images are available for a very reasonable price and 100% of the profits are donated!   Check out all the Breast Cancer Charity images by clicking HERE!!   Visit the M5D BLOG to see Sue's creation, as well, and also a list of March Awareness and ribbon colors!!

This is Birds of Hope.  (Click on the name to go get this freebie!) My DP is MME Indie Chic "Saffron" embossed with CB "With Gratitude" EF,  The image is colored with my Spectrum Noir markers and cut out using Spellbinders Petite Ovals and Petite Scalloped Ovals.  Everything was inked with TH "tea dye" distress ink.  My ribbon is Kraft Outlet Oatmeal Cream bias tape.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month so we are seeing lots of pink around!  That's a great thing!!  I am sure all of us have been touched personally by this or have had someone close to us that has been touched by this disease.
