Today is Remembrance Day (if you're in Canada or Britain)
or Veterans Day (if you're in the US).
Take a moment to remember those who have served and those who have given all. If you see a serviceman/woman and have the opportunity, say "thank you" to them. While at an airport last week, we saw a young man in a wheelchair. As he turned, we saw he had no legs. My husband went up to the man and his wife, asked if he had served, and thanked them for their service. The man was appreciative, and then the wife said, "I didn't do anything." Oh yes, she did! She waited for her soldier and is by his side now as life will never be the same again. If any of my readers are serving or have served. I want to say thank you!!!

This week is our JUDGED CHALLENGE with a TWIST!!
We choose the winner this week and also pick a Top 5!!
Our TWIST is "Pumpkins & Leaves" (I went with leaves)
Here's our wonderful sketch by Nina... Can't wait to see what you do with it!
My image is Acorn Mouse. I colored him with my Spectrum Noir markers. The sentiment was printed and sitting on my desk and I can't remember where it's from. My DP was also sitting on the shelf after being torn out of a stack, so I can't remember where it came from either! My leaves -for the challenge of "Pumpkins & Leaves"- are the brads that I bought these brads the first scrapbook I ever made back in 2005. I am really using my "stash" this week!!
Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to go check out the creations from the rest of our DT...
