B'day easel card - TMS #340

Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!!  Last year, I kind of challenged myself to do something other than a basic card for at least one challenge a month.  I've missed a couple of months, but sort of did it this time.  I made an easel card.  (They are really easy and fun, so I don't know why I don't make them more often!)

(I'm thinking I should have folded the front more toward the middle so it would stand up straighter.)

Here's the front view...

And close-up of the main panel (sketch)...

I guess that this doesn't technically have to be a birthday card, but that's what I had in mind while making it.  My DP is Studio Calico Story Time.  The image is Digital Delights Flower Power Basket of Daisies. (I made mine into Black-eyed Susans!) It's colored with my Spectrum Noir markers, and cut out with Spellbinders Labels One and Scalloped Labels One.  The sentiments are Inkadinkado and My Pink Stamper.

Our sponsor this week is Digital Delights by Louby Loo, so play along for your chance to win a $5 voucher to the store!!

Here's our great sketch for the week by Jessi...

***Remember this is the last week for you to apply for the Design Team.  If you haven't yet, just make cards using ALL the sketches from February.  You can put them all in one post and be sure to add "DT" by your name when adding your link to the challenge.***
