Floral thank you - TMS #607

 Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!

I'm using my layering flower stamps again!  Actually, these were all in my little container where I store my "extras" when I stamp, so it was easy to pull them out, arrange them, and adhere them.   I dry embossed the main panel with Darice Crackle.  I inked the edge of all the pieces.  My sentiment is from My Pink Stamper Family & Friends.  My original plan was to make this a sympathy card but couldn't find that sentiment that would fit properly.

A piece of my heart - TMS #606

 Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!  This week, I've got 2 cards with this sketch.  I had 2 ideas, tried both, and liked both.  :)

Here' s the first card...

My DP is from my scrap box.  My images and sentiment are from Papertrey Ink "Perfect Match." It's stamped in Catherin Pooler Rockin' Red.

My second idea was for snowflakes on a Christmas card...

The BG paper is American Crafts Jack Frost.  My sentiment is from Raison Boast Merry Nature.  My large snowflake is an EK Success punch and the smaller are a Martha Stewart punch.

Birthday blessings - TMS #605

 Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!  Here's my card for this week...

I think I  must be getting in a creative rut.  I tend to use the same stamps, dies, and embossing folders over and over again, and just noticed that this is the same DP I used 2 weeks ago for TMS #603.  Oh well!  Still not sure who made it. ;)  My mat, rectangles, and rose are DCWV Hippie Chic all cut with Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics.  My flower is Die-Namites Rosy Rose.  My sentiment is from Sweet N Sassy Pennant Party and cut with Kat Scrappiness Stitched Fishtail Banners.

And... I just realized that my smaller panels are on the opposite side of the sketch.  That's ok!  As we say, the elements are just elements and are open to your interpretation.  Good thing! LOL

Do you want to throw a snowball? - TMS #604

 Happy Tuesday to you!  It's time for Tuesday Morning Sketches!  As the weather is getting warmer, I've got a wintery card to share. LOL

My DP is the Paper Studio Pine St Square.  My image is a pre colored digi "Emma & the Snowball" from Fred, She Said.  Doesn't she look like she's ready to hit someone with that snowball??!?  My sentiment is Raisin Boat.  It's cut out with a fishtail banner from Spellbinders Lacey Pennants.  My ricrac is MFT Die-namics Stitched RicRac.

Merry Christmas to you - SCC #124

 Good moring!  It is a new month and time for a new challenge at Sparkles Christmas Challenges!

This month, our theme is "use a tag."  Here's my card with a tag...

I made the black card base using Recollections 110 lb cardstock.  The embossed dotted panel was in my made-it-but-didn't-use-it container.  LOL  The poinsettia is Darice Poinsettia die.  My greenery is Spellbinders Foliage and a MS punch.  My clear sentiment is from Simon Says Stamps Build a Snowman and was cut out with Simon Says Stamp Tiny Tags.  It is tied with some twine from my stash. 

Here you can see the sparkle on the poinsettia.  It's so pretty IRL!!

We're 1/3 of the way through 2021, so get working on those cards for Christmas! :D  If you do, come over and play along at Sparkles Christmas Challenges!
